Devil's Lullaby (spell idea)

Here's one for you DM's that want a spell that causes nightmares. Lvl: Cantrip Casting time: Three minutes Range 120 feet Components: Vocal, Incents, at least 1 sleeping Beings Duration: How ever long the person sleeps Spell description: You change the dreams of a sleeping person, to those of a nightmare. The sleeping person, if their alignment isn't evil, will have to make a wisdom save & on a fail will wake up & take 2d4+(spell attack mod) damage. Please note that beings who do not dream will not be affect by this spell. Backstory: This spell, created by devil parents, was made to give their children 'good' dreams. That being said a good dream for a devil & a good dream for a humanoids are not the same, in-fact they are the exact opposite. Thought this spell if used on humanoids who are four or less years old (in human years) have a chance to influence their aliment & bring it more towards lawful evil.

Lesser Servitors (spell idea)

Here's one for you DM's that the players to have a non-combative minions spell. LVL: 3 Casting Time: 14 seconds (two turns) Range: 5 feet Components:  S, 3 tbsp of blood. Duration: An hour after casting time. Spell Description: You Create five lesser servitors (who looks like tiny goat people, but without the horn)   who will attempt to do whatever the caster as k of them. The lesser servitors will work as a group to get the task done. (If casted above third level then the amount of lesser servitors is times by two per level above[ie 4th: 5 times 2, 5th: 5 time 2 times 2, 6th: 5 times 2, times 2, times 2]) Backstory: This spell, created by very busy nobles, was made in order to alleviated work for the caster. Dadlopedia (item idea)

Here's one for you DM's that want some gold old fashion dad jokes Appearance: It's a leather bound book with a cover that shows an elder man with his mouth open. Description: This book, made by the dad of all dads, is an encyclopedia of almost all dad jokes in existence. This book has been sought after due to it's shear volume of content & the fact that it's old enough to be considered an artifact. Attributes: Gain advantage on all persuasion rolls against dads. If used in combat, causes 1d4+ charisma psychological damage to all enemies who hear the joke.

Fern Escort (side quest idea)

Here's one for you DM's that want a simple transportation side quest. The players are walking about a shop when the owner asks the party to help them. Apparently, they order a 'fern plant' to be delivered to them, so that they can put it in the front of the shop, but the company who has it is having a postage problem. The owner of the shop asks the players to go & get the fern for them, & offers to give the party a 'couple' of free items in there shop for it. 

Mystery Maze (trap idea)

Here's one for you DM's that want to cause a sense of panic in the players. The players enter an empty room & in the center of the room lays a treasure chest. If the players go to open the chest they will find a small amount of gold/a weakfish magical item. After they open the chest the room starts to shake. If the players try to leave for an exit they will be trapped in the center of the room via magic walls. After awhile brick walls will burst from the ground & form a maze, that goes from the center to the entrance. After the brick walls rise, the magic walls will disappear. After about ten seconds of the magical walls disappearing, spikes will burst from the ceiling & the celling will slowly lower itself into the floor of the room. The players now have to either stop the celling from lowing itself, & or find an exit.

Hunger Carrots (food idea)

Here's one for you DM's that want a deadly food item. Appearance: Looks like a regular carrot, except it's leaves are purple Description: These carrots, brought about by evolution, when eaten will release a chemical to trick the eater's mind into thinking they are hungry & they will have the side effects off hunger (IE stomach pains, dizziness, light headed ness) & many animals have been know to die from eating these, due to them gorging till their stomach explodes. Attributes: Once eaten, it will bring the eater's exhaustion level to 1 & will increase by 1 every hour (effect lasts for two hours & thirty minutes)

Crash Landing (Campaign idea)

Here's one for you DM's that want some good old sci-fi in your fantasy adventure. The players are in a space crew & their ship has just crash landed on a 'fantasy world'. They now have to find a way to either live on this planet, or find some way to get help/get off this planet. If that wasn't enough the crew has to deal with a 'crisis' that is going to make there jobs so much worse. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Types of Crisis Food shortage: The planet is full of food, heck there's almost too much of it. Deflecting Racket (weapon idea)

Here's a weapon idea from (@ popcorn-amparos ) whom asked for " A tennis racket sort of weapon that’s used for hitting magic attacks away". Well popcorn-amparos, this ones for you. Appearance: An ordinary looking tennis racket whoms strings glow with a purple haze. Description: This racket, made by college students who thought playing tennis with a fire ball was a good idea, has the ability to hit back spells which hit the strings of the racket. It should be noted that only the strings of the racket are the part that knock the magical attacks away & that the wooden grip & sides of it does not. Attribute: If user uses a bonus action to pre-pare to hit a magical attack back the will have to roll a 1d20+slight of hand roll, to hit it back (on success they roll, a roll to hit+dex at an enemy, on a fail the enemy gets to roll to hit).

Egg Reproduction (Spell idea)

Here's one for you DM's that want to give the players a nifty reproduction spell. LVL: 4 Casting Time: 140 minutes (ritual) Range:  25 inch between 120 inch (User choses) Components: S, Chalk Circle (from 25 inch to 120 inch), 2+ Beings (who's species sexually reproduce [they must be inside the chalk circle]) Duration: Instant after cast time. Spell description: You create, then magical activate, a chalk circle around 2+ beings & continue to activate that chalk circle for two & a half hours. After the two & a half hours an egg will be appear in the center of the chalk circle. Within 3d100 - (spell casting mod) days a child containing the DNA of the 2+ beings will come out of the egg. Backstory: This spell, created by rancher with 'shy' animals, has seen an explosion in populate once it was modified to fit humanoid  creatures, since it allows those who are enerched, between two people who typically couldn't (IE across species & or be...

Knife to meet you (Encounter idea)

Here's one for you DM's that want a good old knife fight The players are traveling via back ally/the shady part of town & are approached by a couple of hooligans. The hooligans go to the surround the party & begin to pull out knives. They will ask the party to 'give them all tier loot' & walk away. If the players' don't comply, the hooligans will go to fight the party.

The Zen-Pie (food idea)

Here's one for you DM's that want an emotion neutralizer. Appearance: A regular looking pie except for the fact that the filling in it is green & it has a slight glow Description: This pie, made by monks to help train newer monks, is used to bring it's eater to a calm, slightly positive, state. It's commonly used by hunters to tame some of the more hostile & dangerous animal, creatures, or beasts. Attribute: -Changes it's user's emotional stat to calm. -Can be used to negate wisdom save throws (If eaten beforehand & or used after the fail if their is a requirement to make another wisdom save after the first one) -Temporarily increases the wisdom stat by 2 points

War of the vendicted (Campaign idea)

Here's one for you DM's that want a War as the backdrop of the campaign The world has a war, & sadly no-one is exempt of conscription to the armed forces. The players have be forced into the armed forces to help fight in the war. The strategies of this age are far behind what is necessary to alivated mass exitiction of soliders lives. Now the true question is, how will the players deal with this threat.

Undead & Undisturbing (Campaign aspect)

Here's one for you DM's that want some cultural aspect that surrounds undeath. Death is not the end, & the people of the world are perfectly fine with that. In-fact it's ingrained in the cultural fabric of the world. Your born, you grow, you get old, you die, you come back to life & just continue existing. Death is only a tragedy if they are beyond the point of bringing back & or they died whilst growing into the adult (The first being a tragedy cause, well, your dead-dead. The other is a tragedy cause if you die before your an adult, your kind of just stuck as an adolescent forever). This change of how society views undeath will also affect how they view both necromancy. Necromancy is seen more as a noble pursuit & some trust it more than medicine & healing magic.

The Dishonored (Character idea)

Here's one for you player's that wants to play a wronged honorable person (any class) The player was an honorable person all there life & yet they have faced the greatest dishonor. They now seek either revenge, or a way to regain their lost honor. If only that would be so easy.

SlimeFest (event idea)

Here's one for you DM's that want the players to interact with domesticated/non-hostile oozes The player are wandering around the hub, when they notice a slightly hug celebration happening in the distance. If they go to the celebration they will find a bunch of rich people messing about with slimes, while getting massively drunk. If the players ask about, they find out that once every month the local rich/nobility do this as a celebration of slime domestication (Or at least that what they say, they are most likely just actually wishing to flaunt there wealth)

Defender of the Forest (Encounter)

Here's one for you DM's that want the players to fight plants The players are wandering thought a forest & do something to 'wrong nature'. After traveling for a whole day since then they rest for the night. During the night a couple of thorys, a shambling mound & a tree blight will come to attack the players.

It Tis The End of Me... (side quest idea)

Here's one for you DM's that want a slightly funny scene, about near death. The players are approaching an area of recent battle when they spot a soldier laying on the ground dying. If the players get close, the solider ask them to bury their corpse after they finally pass. If the players agree the solider will lye there, waiting to die. (if the players check up on the solider while they lie there, the solider will say 'nope not dead yet') After about two hours of just sitting their waiting to die, the solider will ask the players to take them to the hospital, cause 'I'm not dying today'. If the players proceed to do this, the solider will give the party a nifty full-blade, since the soldier will no longer be able to use it.

Chubster (event)

Here's one for you DM's that want a cute chubby animal. The players are walking along a narrow path when OH NO a big boi bear is blocking the path. The bear is round & plumb & is just kind of laying there, blocking the whole path. If they walk around/near the bear it will nudge them in the leg playfully. If the party has any food out when they are close to the bear (or a really potent smelling one in secret) the bear will attempt to nom on it (non-aggressively)

Telepaths helm (equipment idea)

Here's one for you DM's that want your non-magical players to have access to the ability to read minds. Appearance: A regular  Illyrian helmet, with a purple painted on eye in the middle of it. Description: This helmet, made by a very envious sorcerer , allows the user to read the minds of other. That being said the helmet makes the user have a weaker defense against psychological attacks. Attributes: when worn it constantly does the 'Read Thoughts' spell. When worn any psychological spells used against the user have advantage. adds +1 ac to the wearer

The Grand Saints hospital (location idea)

Here's one for you DM's that need a hospital in your campaign. Appearance: A monolith of a building that seemingly glows though day & night. In the from of the building, multiple flags sway in the wind, each with a symbol of a god on it. Backstory: A home of healing for those of many faiths. This holy place was made many years ago in order to help heal a shadow plague. After having dealt with the plague, it keep expanding though good management & ambitious doctors of both faith & science. Possible enemies: Staff members, guards, patients Possible loot: Potions, rare potions, rare herbs, medical kits, gold.

Leon the Lance (weapon idea)

Here's one for you DM's that want your player's to have a talking weapon. Appearance: A regular looking lance till you get to the iron spear tip. On the side of it is an eyeball which looks around every so often Description: This spear, made by Leon, is imbued with the soul of one Leon Grovitch. This has caused an unholy eye to appear on the side of the lance. The lance has a psychological connection with it's user, which allows for the lance to give the user advice Attributes: The weapon has a psychological connection with it's user, which can be used to help with intelligence, wisdom, & charisma checks (the weapon can be hurt be broken via psychological damage) Has regular 'spear' stats

Gangs of War (Campaign aspect)

Here's one for you DM's that want the player have to deal with intercity gang politics The players' hub area in simple terms, is gang infested. The players at many points though there campaign will be heckled, mugged, threatened & bribed by the local gangs. The players can take it as it is & just allow this to happen, OR they can get involved. They can try & either empower one of the gangs to become so powerful that they can't be abused, basically causing peace though one central authority, or they can try to eliminate all the gangs making them a threat to the gangs. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Possible Gang actions: (Stuff the gangs do, every so often, that annoy the players & does more world building) Authority Bribe: A local gang has bribed a guard int he area, that guard will not arrest ANY crime being committed around them for an hour. Not So Noble (event idea)

Here's one for you DM's that want to have a childish noble be a part of your campaign. The players are in the hub area when a star stuck person walks up to them. The person will say how they are 'so cool' & the person asks to see one of there expensive items. If the players decided not to do that the person will start to pout & then eventually through a fit saying that the party is 'rude, meenies'. If the player decided to then give them the item, they will say that they don't want it & pout harder. If the players hand it over for the person to see, the person will just walk away with it. If the players ask for it back the person will say something along the lines of 'finders keepers, loser's weepers' & then to gloat. Eventually in both situations the local ruler will come & berate the person who has been annoying the party. The party will then find out that this person is part of the ruler's close family. Mushroom Harvest (Side quest idea)

Here's one for you DM's that want to have your a simple side quest about correct mushrooms. The players are in a small herbalist shop, when the owner of the shop asks if they are will to do some work for them. If the players agree the owner will say that they need some local fungi to help make some rare herbal mixes & to just sell on there own. The owner will give the players half of the price they will sell the mushrooms at if they come back with the mushrooms.

Tax Terror (Event idea)

Here's one for you DM's that want to give your players a terrifying experience… TAXES! The players are sitting in the local hub when all of a sudden they hear a nock on the door. When they open it (no mater how long they wait to open the door) they will find a government employee standing at the door. The employee will state that the adventures have outstanding taxes which they need to pay in the next three days or face court for the case of outstanding taxes/tax fraud. The amount of taxes the players will have to pay is 20% of all the gold they have earned.

The Tenderizer (Trap Idea)

Here's one for you DM's that want a gruesome trap. The players are walking though a corridor when *click* they step on a floor tile & it start to go down. They prepare to dodge when *BLAM* the celling above them un-hinges & drops down on the player, & crushes them. Then things go from bad to worse cause the ceiling start to go back up & then *BLAM*'s them again. (This will repeat for two minutes, activating once every 15 seconds)

The Performer (character idea)

Here's one for you Players that want to play a performer (Bard class recommended) The player is an aspiring performer, but business isn't doing that good. Then one day they thought, "Hey people know all those legendary adventure types, If I become one of those I can gain the boost to my popularity that I need" & thus their adventure to stardom began.

An Exsplosive Surprise (Side quest idea)

Here's one for you DM's that want to surprise your players & then give them a goal. The players are attending a event they wanted to attend. After being there awhile & doing what they planned to do they will start to hear a small ticking sound. If they go & investigate they find that a small bomb has been placed in the middle of the event. The players will also notice that it has about 30 seconds left, leaving the players not a lot of time to do what ever they plan to do. After they either run away/alarm everyone about it/ & or disarm it, they will be asked by the person who owned the event, to go & find whoever planted the bomb.

A Boot From Nowhere (Event idea)

Here's one for you DM's that just want your players to be questioning the world they are in. The players are out walking the middle of nowhere when all of a sudden one of them get hit straight in the face by a boot. If the players look around regularly for who did it they will find nothing. But if they can see though invisibility, dose a spell that deactivates & or shows an enemy they will find a small trickster gnome , who just so happens to missing a shoe. (what happens next is up to the dm)

A Battle of The Bastards (Campaign Idea)

Here's one for you DM's that want a good old fashion succession crisis as your campaign "The Monarch has died, but good news the heir is ready in the waiting. Correction, the heir was ready in waiting... seem like someone just murdered them pretty hard with a knife. Well that's ok, because the monarch was a well know adulterer & has a metric shitton of bastard children, ok so we just gotta choose the right one. Oh what's this you want to be the ruler? That's fine we will just... Wait you want to be the ruler as well? Well we can just split the kingdom in two... Wait what do you all mean you want to be the rule!? Gramps Garage Giveaway (event idea)

Here's one for you DM's that want to give your players some simple items that they might need. The players are walking about the world & come across a lone house with a large "Garage Giveaway" sign in the front. If the players go up to the house they will find an elderly person asleep in a lawn chair. If the players wake them up the old person will say that the players can take anything in there garage, for free & or for a small entrance fee.

Potion of Reconstruction (potion idea)

Here's one for you DM's that want the players (& or the enemies) to have the ability to heal constructs Appearance: An oily dark potion that when opened, pours out weird green fumes. Description: This potion, made by engineers, has the ability to heal constructs. Constructs, unlike living people, usually don't have internal systems that can be accessed thought the mouth or other orifice, so this potion was designed to be applied directly onto the injured part of the construct. DISCLAIMER, under no situation stances should this potion be ingested by a living organism. [possible side effects of ingestment  are nausea, bleeding from the eyes or mouth, dizziness, inability to speak, burns, constipation, & light internal bleeding] Attribute: Heals 4d6 +4 HP to constructs [must be applied directly to the wounded part] If drunken by a living organism will do 2d8+2 (will be halved if the drinker passes a con save)

The Book of George (item idea)

Here's one for you DM's that a wants a useless item. Appearance: A Brown book  with the words "The Book of George" written on the cover. Description: This Book, made by Jorge, was made to tell the life & times of the amazing George popolafastiestin (just try & pronounce that last name right). The Book when opened & read can cause the reader to become sleepy & even fall asleep (about 10 pages read to cause sleepiness, 50 pages to fall asleep). Attributes: After reading 10 pages, the reader becomes sleepy. After reading 50 pages the reader will have to make a constitution throw to not fall asleep (on a successful throw the read doesn't fall asleep)

Deep Blues (Event Idea)

Here's one for you DM's that want some sea bards. The players are traveling via boat & after while they start to here some music coming from the ocean. If they investigate they will find that a merfolk bard is following the boat. If the bard notices them, they will start playing there song at them & after the song will hold up a box & shake it around (the box will make shaking against metal sound. If the players catch the hint that the bard is asking for a tip & give them some the bard will thank the party & will come  back the next day to play (the bard will keep coming back till either the players don't pay & or they reach land)

NPC Bundle 13: Champions Of The Damned (NPC Ideas)

Here's one for you DM's that want the players to encounter unholy Champions. 1: A Necromancer who gave there life for there lord, & then came back from the dead to do it again. 2: A Demon Child who's plans of domination are only limited by their age (& their Hight) 3: An Ooze whom gained humanity though the constant devouring of sentient beings. 4: An Incubus whose true power doesn't come from there natural strength or seductive charms, but rather their ideas brought about via pen & paper. 5: A Vrock who is such a boi. [in a higher pitch] yes he is, yes he is!

Here Be Dragons (Side Quest Idea)

Here's one for you DM's that want the players to wander into unknow dragon territory. The players have gone to a city which is close to an unexplored area in the world. If they stay the night in the town there presence will  be asked for from the local ruler. The local ruler asks the party to go & explore a curtain area of the curranty unknow part of the world. The local ruler say they will pay them x amount of gold (DM decided the amount) If the players accept the quest they will go exploring in the area. (The DM can decided what they wish the terrain to be) After awhile of explore they will see a dragon fly over head & land on the entrance of a cave in the distance. The players will then have the ability to got here & slay/steal the dragons treasure (DM can decided if it's just a dragon cave & or if it's a dungeon)

The Second (Villain idea)

Here's one for you DM's that don't need a main villain, but do need a villain's right-hander. The Second, they are there bosses most truest minion, & usually for good reason. The second may be a lot of things, but a betrayer isn't one of them (another idea for another time). They have been know to give there all to there boss, life included (& sometimes so much more). -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Types of 'The Second' The Friend: At the end of the day they may not be brilliant, strong, or charismatic, but they are the shoulder that there boss would cry on. The friend is what it's name suggest, the friend of the boss. There loyalty comes from true friendship with there boss (Or at least what they perceive as true friendship) The Accountant: You ever try to administer an evil organization, well I gotta tell you, it's damn well hard ...

Noble Pursuit (Character idea)

Here's one for you Players that want to go noble & be good at the same time (all class viable) The player is of noble heritage & has decided that the nobility is slothful & ignorant of the people's blight & wishes to do something. They have gone adventuring to show the people of the land that the nobility still cares & to also gain valuable insight on the people's problems.

The Everlasting Conga (Event idea)

Here's one for you DM's that want an odd event to happen. The players are sleeping/relaxing for the night when they hear something coming from the distance. If they listen in they can hear some... bongos? If they go over to see what's happening they will find an absurdly large amount skeletons congoing. IF the players try to stop the conga the skeletons will insult them & then continue to conga. Please note that if the players follow the conga around they will find that the skeletons never stop.

Money Bag (event idea)

Here's one for you DM's that want a simple moral choice for the players. The party is walking around when they stumble across a bag of gold sitting on the ground. If they investigate the bag they will find that there's a note that states "If found return to (insert address here)". If the players decided to return the bag of gold they will be rewarded with a lame magical weapon.

Dryads' Domain (Location Idea)

Here's one for you DM's that want location that is lightly fey. Appearance: A regular looking forest, that at night has a weird glimmering lights which seems to lead somewhere less embeamed in reality Backstory: This forest is ruled by Dryads, who do all in there power to protect the forsest from hostile forces. The Dryads are know to help those who have done good in the eyes of the world or in the eyes of nature. That being said, those who haven't are in for one horrid beat down. Possible traps: Sentient vines, carnivorous plants, leg rope trap. Possible enemies: Anything under the plant monster category, Siren, Dryad, pixie, sprite Possible Bosses: Conclave Dryads, Any Eladrin (counts on the current session). Possible Loot: Rare plants, ancient  decayed weapons, ore deposits, rare fungi, exotic animals

Risky River (encounter idea)

Here's one for you DM's that want a good old river fight. The players have to get a cross somewhat deep river & there isn't a bridge in sight. If they decided to wade though the river to the other side they will be attacked by some monsters while going across. These monster can either be a creature that would live in the water (piranhas, water weird, hulking crab) or some marauding monsters (orcs, goblins, kobolds)

Doggos on the rise (side quest idea)

Here's one for you DM's that want some good boys being weird. The players enter a town to find that everyone is running about. If the players look around they will find why. The dogs of the town have started to float up into the air, causing them to get out of reach of there owners. The players will then be tasked with figuring out why this is happening & how to stop. After awhile of investigating they will figure out that a trickster leprechaun has been causing this. Once they stop the leprechaun the town will give them a 'life time supply of dog food'.

Are you having a laugh? (Event idea)

Here's one for you DM's that just want a weird moment. The players are in a cave when you ask them to make a constitution saving roll. Anyone who fails will fall on the floor laughing. If the players try to figure out what's happening they will find out that a gas coming from a heat vent is causing them to laugh (which can be contained in bottles & used against enemies later)

Box of Winds (Item idea)

Here's one for you DM's that want the players to have some wind power. Appearance: A small cold metal box, with a wind symbol engraved on the top. Description: This box, made by wizards, was made to unleash high velocity winds once opened. It is highly recommended that you point the box away from yourself when you open (unless you want to mess up your hair) Attributes: Once opened activates the spell "gust of wind". (Can be used 5 times before running out of "gust of wind" spell)

The Force of Nature (villain idea)

Here's one for you DM's that want the players to fight nature. The Force of Nature, the are a force to be reckoned with. They believe that the people of the world have thrown away their regard for the well being of nature & wishes to fix that, thought the reclamation of the land that the people have taken from nature. There goal knows no mercy as the lives of the innocent lost to there reclamation of nature is to no concern of theirs. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Force of Nature Types The Druid: They are, or at least were, once a regular person of the world. They have gotten sick & tired of the mistreatment of nature & have decided to do something about that, by proclaiming themselves 'nature's champion'. Doggo on the go (Event idea)

Here's one for you DM's that want some good old god boys. The players are doing whatever the usually do on a non-busy day when they encounter a dog rushing about town. If the players decided to try & figure out what is happening with this strange doggo activity they will find nothing. The dog is just running about just to run about.

Potion of Lift (Potion idea)

Here's one for you Dm's that want to make your players have the ability to float Appearance: A potion that is very misty looking on the inside & is somehow lighter than a regular glass bottle. Description: This potion, made by a bored potion maker, makes the drinker lighter in weight. This also causes the potion to be lighter. in-fact if you have a strong enough brew of this potion, the bottle can be at risk of floating up into the sky. Attribute: The drinker of this potion will be made to float above there ground (how much depends on how strong the potion is)

High Time for Some High Tide (event idea)

Here's one for you DM's that want a event where it's water related. The players are in a coastal town when they receive the new that for the next week or so the water level is suppose to rise by one foot per day. The coastal town will do things to change accordingly for the water level rising (which may or may not close places that the players want to go to)

Transformative Soup (Food idea)

Here's one for you DM's that want your players to be able to turn into monsters. Appearance: A stew made with the animal parts of (what ever animal they wish to transform into) & has a slight golden globe. Description: This type of stew, made by ancient druids, allows a person to turn into the animal who's parts make up the stew. The stew is made of 100% of that animal (Even the bowl & broth is made of it's bones) & it must be eaten entirely (yes that does include eating the bone bowl) for it's magicly transformative abilities to apply to the eater. Attribute: Once eaten in it's entirety the eater will transform into the animal which the stew is 100% made of (will turn back to normal in 30 minutes)

Lions, spiders, & owl-bears oh my (Encounter idea)

Here's one for you DM's that want your players the fight animals. The players are in a forest when they hear the sounds of growling coming from the distance. If the players go investigate they will find that an own bear, spider & lion are in a three way duel (truel) over the corpse of a dead giant. If the players get to close, & or try to stop it & roll low on the animal handling, the animals will all mutually agree to go for the party before going back to there truel.

A Cup of Java (sidequest idea)

Here's one for you DM's that just want a non-combative side quest that can show off an area of the world. The players are in whatever hub they sleep in during the morning & find a very tired hub workers. The hub worker (if the the players get close enough) will ask them to get them a cup of coffee. If the players accept they will have to go around & try & find a place to buy coffee (can be used to help build the hub area's lore & or show them important buildings). Once they get the coffee & bring it back the hub worker will give them x amount of gold (about just above what the coffee would cost)

The Platinum Coast (location idea)

Here's one for you DM's that just want a chill coastal area. Appearance: A coast line that shimmers like flakes of silver shards that has a couple dozen of beach homes spread about it. Backstory: This beautiful coast line has often been claimed to be made of silver shards (Which it isn't, to the disappointed of miners), has seen a boom in the tourism industry due to it's beauty. The permeant homes that are located there are owned by either rich people, or someone from a long lifespan species (due to them just saving up money for a long time). Possible Traps/Obstacles : Glass in the sand, random holes Possible enemies: Carbs, hulking crabs.

Moon Drop (campaign idea)

Here's one for you DM's that want an impending apocalypse theme for your campaign The world is coming to an end. The moon is falling out of the sky & is going to hit the planet in a couple of months & the people who could stop it, are not stopping it. With this cataclysmic event coming, how do the people react, how do the ones with the 'bright ideas' on how to fix this, or survive though it attempt to. All that is curtain  is that if no effort is made to either preserve life once it hits, or prevent it from hitting, the all hope of survival on this planet will be lost.

Turtle Trouble (side quest idea)

Here's one for you DM's that want some good old massive turtle destruction. The players are in a local town when all of a sudden people start screaming. If the players go investigate they will find that a giant sea turtle has started making it's way inward towards the city... at a very, VERY slow rate of speed. If the players wish to help the people of the local town they will either have to find a way to divert the turtles path, find a way to move the town before the turtle comes, & or just kill the turtle.

The Mightiest Pen (Item idea)

Here's one for you Dm's that want some big pen action Appearance: It's a regular wood ink pen, misusing the fact that it's about the size of a tree. Description: This pen, made by a hill giant writer, was used to write great giant plays (to bad no one who couldn't read giant could read it), but is now basically useless due to no other giants willing to use the pen (since the original owner died).

Flight of the Pseudodragon (encounter idea)

Here's one for you DM's that want a swarm battle. The player are going from point a to point b when all of the sudden they are charged by a pseudodragon. They will easily dispense with the pseudodragon (since it is quite a weak monster) & will continue on there way. After a little while they will be attacked by 2-4 pseudodragons & will have an easy encounter with them. At this point they will likely be wonder where all these pseudodragons are coming from & will start to look around (if not, bring more pseudodragons) After awhile of searching they will see a swarm of pseudodragons just hanging about & will promptly be attacked by them if they piss them off.

The Dragon Hat (Equipment idea)

Here's one for you DM's that want a fire breathing item. Appearance: A hat in the shape of a dragon's snoot, a red flame glows inside the hat Description: This hat, made by a very talented magical hatter, was made for the user to have a the ability of dragon's breath, on the go. This is done though making the hat purely out of natural materials from a dragon's body & by impowering it with so dragon's breath, from the same type of dragon that the dragon materials came from. [Warning, wear my experience singed hairs] Attributes: Can use the dragon's breath attacks per day.

Pesky Little Imps (encounter idea)

Here's one for you DM's that want your players to fight imps. The players are going from point a to point b & have to cross the bridge. As they cross the bridge they will notice that there's a cart without a wheel on the bridge. If the players go to help the cart owner with there wheel, they will be informed that they have supplies for it in there cart. If the players go into the cart to get the supplies they will be ambushed by a group of imps, who were pretending to be rats in the cart.

A Gremlin Problem (side quest)

Here's one for you DM's that want some gremlins The players are about town when they find some angry people running around. If the players ask what they are doing, they will be informed that a gang of gremlins are going around & pranking everyone, to the point of them wishing to kill said gremlins. The players most now eather help the towns people (they will be rewarded gold), help the gremlins (they will be given some weak magical items), & or abstain from the situation

The True Caesar Salad (food idea)

Here's one for you Dm's that want a salad full of edible knives Appearance: A regular looking salad, with a whole heck of a lot of knives in it. Description: This joke salad, made by someone unknow, was made in reembraced of an ancient emperor who was stabbed to death. This salad has a multitude of knifes 'stabbed' into it. Said knives are usually just for show & are actually fake & can be eaten. That being said, if your chef is an absolute madman then the knives may be real ones, in which case we advise not eating them. Attributes: Possibility that knives used in salad are real (if they are real, use the dagger's stats for weapon info)

Lava Ooze (enemy idea)

Here's one for you DM's that want a powerful but non-combative enemy This type of ooze is composed of a lava like substance. Unlike other oozes, it doesn't need to go around & disintegrate objects in order to feed, it just need to be in an area of high temperature. Due to this, & it's natural defenses of it's high temperatures body has caused it to not have any fight or flight instincts. Stats: Cr: 2 AC: 14 (10 + dex) HP: 58 Str: 11 Dex: 4 Con: 19 Int: 1 Wis: 4 Cha: 2 Movement: 10ft (can climb walls) Attacks: Absorb: |hit bonus +1| Damage roll 3d6 +1 (enemy has to do a str save & on success will take half damage) Resignate heat: |hit bonus +4| Damage roll 2d4 +4 (hits every adjacent square next to the user) Attributes: High Temp: All units within 5 feet of the lava ooze will take 1d4 +1 damage at the end of there turn.

Shoes of Shortening (Equipment idea)

Here's one for you Dm's that want to just have an odd magical item Appearance: This pair of shoes looks like a regular slippers, except they have a down arrow on the tip of the shoe Description: This shoe, made by a very envious gnome cobbler, halves the wearer's  height for as long as it's worn & will constrict to there new leg size once there height gets halved. Attributes Halves wears height (As long as it's worn) [wears height will return to normal after three hours of not wearing the shoes.]

The Master Condottieres (Noteworthy NPCs)

The Master Condottieres are the best mercenaries who unlike other mercenaries don't flock to there person willing to pay them the most. They have high moral standards & are willing to fight under bad pay to make sure that the people who advance there morals are protected from the powerful people  who don't. The Codottieres are small, in-fact they are very small when compared to other mercenary groups. But what they lack in numbers they make up in pure skill, & strategy. Here's one for you DM's that want a shop with a suspicious  owner Madam Asu Dem's Statue Shop is the one place everyone goes for the highest quality stone statues. The shop is broken into two parts, the showcase room & the back room where the statues are 'made'. The showcase room is filled to the brim with all sorts of interesting statues, all of them having looks of fear, shock, or confusion [some of them kind of look like people who have disappeared recently]. The statues are quite expensive but if you catch the owner, Asu Dem, on a good day she will give you a discount [You can tell if she's having a good day when her hair starts to make a tattling sound]. The Re-entering Doors (Trap idea)

Here's one for you DM's that want to just mind screws the players. entrance So you ever just exit a room & end up in the room you were just in? Of course not that's why this door trick works. Whenever a player tries to leave a room though this door, they will re-enter the room in the original door they entered in.

The Ship (campaign idea)

Here's one for you DM's who want a camping centered around finding the threat that the players have to defeat. The players start out in a hub town when they see that people are starting to gather to look at the ocean. If they go over there, they will see a ship that's flying an unknow flag is coming straight for the town. Here's one for you DM's that want a little annoyance for your players. The player are out & about when a little fox friend comes up to them. If the players chose to socialize with the fox (& or ignore it), the fox will try & steal one of there smaller items, most preferable that small bag full of shiny things [coin purse]. If the players don't notice then later on they will meat said fox again & it will try to do the same thing again.

Flying Fruit (food idea)

Here's one for you Dm's that want quick health/food items for the players Appearance: A fruit which is float above the ground (how can be decided by DN [magic or wings are recommended]) Description: These fruit, caused by natural magical substances , has cause them to be able to fly/float above the ground.  Due to the magical substances these fruits are know to heal light wounds as well, as making them 'filling up' a person more than regular fruit. Attributes: Eater gains back 1d4+ con HP from eating Less are required to count as a ration.

It's raining Raining Rats, Hollalujah (Event Idea)

Here's one for you DM's that want weird nature events. The players are walking about from point a to point b they find that a weird storm has come in. Apparently a tornado had picked up a whole couple hundred dozen rat nests & have now thrown them about every which way. This has lead to it raining rats (Please note high velocity rats may be hazardous to one health)

Night Crawlers (side quest idea)

Here's one for you DM's that want a good old spider fight at night The players have received an offer from a stressed out rancher. The rancher wants them to stay at there farm for a couple of days to see what has been spooking there animals. Now after every day they spend at the farm, there will be a chance that a couple of large wolf spiders will attack the farm.

Fire Rabbits (Enemy idea)

Here's an enemy for you DM's that want possibly hostile wild life an an enemy. This enemy, as it name indicates, is a fire rabbit (Considered both an elemental & a beast). They may not do that much damage, but they move quick & come in vast numbers. This enemy can be found in hotter climates, such as deserts & savannas. Here's one for you DM's that want a weapon that can (& will) back fire on the players Appearance: A 6 inch by 6 inch purple orb that has some swirling mist in it. Description: This orb, made by a wild magic sorcerer, that was made to basically keep the enemy (& also the users) guessing what spell is goanna come next. Genie Wenie (Event idea)

Here's one for you DM's that want a dickish genie. The players are out in a dungeon when the come across a golden lamp. If the players procced to rub the lamp a genie will come out. The genie will offer them three wishes, but first they have to drop there weapons & then get closer to him. If they do that, once they get close enough, the genie will teleport away with there weapons.

Spear Stairs (Trap Idea)

Here's one for you DM's that need some good old fashion stair traps. The Players are planning to go up some dungeon stairs when SHINK, SHINK-SHINKA, SHINK, spears start coming out of every which way (as in the sides, floor, & the roof [provided that thee dungeon has a low enough roof]) from the stairs. The Player will now either have to find a way though the spikes, find a way to stop the spikes, or find a way around the spike.

The Reformed (Character Idea)

Here's one for you Players whom's DM's will allow you to play as monster species. The Player is a reformed x (fiends, undead & criminals are recommended), & they wish to make amends with the world by going around & alleviating it's problems. The people may look down on them at first, but with time, & hard work they will be on of the most well liked people in the community.

Here's one for you DM's that want your players to rest in a dungeon. This Lovely resort in located in the inside of (traitorous dungeon name) has been the go to stop for all adventures spelunking in the (dungeon name). Local Development (Campaign Aspect)

Here's one for you Dm's that wants both player world building, & a good sense of progression for your players. The Players main hub area is a Broke Small Town that the average person is struggling to make ends meet. The Players will be notified by a NPC that the town has a place where they can donate money into the town's development & if they are able to make this broke small town into a prosperous city-state, they will be award a key to the city (which the DM can decided what that does for the party). -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Donation Guide Broke small town status: At this level the players can't donate to much. They will be able to donate into fixing infrastructure of roads, houses, & bridges & can donate money into a city owned construction company to make the prices for repairs cheaper & to make sure that the infrastructure stays maintained....

Ooze Racing (event idea)

Here's one for you DM's that want slow exotic races. The players are just resting about when they receive a letter. The letter states that they have been invited to a new gambling opportunity, Ooze racing. It's the new exotic low speed racing circuit that nobody knew they wanted. If the players go to the ooze race they will find that the place it's located is packet & that apparently, yeah people did want this. The players can now chill out & place bets. (Dm can chose if there's a chance that a slime will escape & run amuck)

Wormy (side quest idea)

Here's one for you DM's that want worms as a side quest. The players are faffing around on the docks when they are approached by a fishing shop owner. The owner asks them to go to a near by hill at night to help them collect nigh crawlers (night crawlers are a type of worm). If they accept the players can go to the hill at night to collect night crawlers. (DM can decided if they are attacked by creatures of the night while doing this)

Stew of Stone Skin (food idea)

Here's one for you Dm's that want a player to have access to getting higher ac Appearance: A stew made of many different meats of mountainous animals & sparkling minerals Description: This stew, made by mountaineers, was made to help protect those with weak constitutions from harm. IT has a mixture of all stuffs from the mountains. Animals, plants, minerals you name it, some version of this stew gots it. It causes the eaters skin to harden which allows them to take hits better. Attributes: Once eaten the eater's AC goes up by 2 (Lasts 2 hours) Once eaten the eater gains 2d6 temporary hit points. (Lasts 2 hours)

Here's one for you Dm's that want spooky mist The players are traveling from point A to point B when they come across a field of mist. The mist goes one for a couple of miles & if the players try to enter, they will exit where they entered. The players will either have to take a detour, find a way though, & or dissipate it.

The Climb (Side quest)

Here's one for you DM's that want your players to go mountain climbing. The Players are doing player stuff when they come across a merchant. The merchant ask them to get a special gem stone, which comes out of the local mountain every other year. If the players agree to help they will have to scale the local mountain.

Training Montage (side quest)
