River Ruins (location/dungeon idea)

Here's a location/dungeon idea for you dm's that want a slightly water based dungeon Appearance: It's a ruined building that descends downwards just under the ground, under ground rivers run though this place.  Backstory: These ruins use to belong to an ancient king, who controlled the rivers. The people & river creatures revolted, destroying his kingdom & this building. The only thing that remains of this place were the resurrected dead of those who guarded it, the beings that take refuge here, & it's treasure room which is at the bottom of it. Possible traps/obstacles: fast flowing rivers, falling architecture, ancient traps (ie floors that fall out & lead to spikes) Possible enemies: Undead guards/undead soldiers, river mermaids (carnivorous is option), river monsters, spiders, sentient vines/mushrooms, spirits, bats, rust monsters, water elementals   ------------------------------------------------------- Possible bosses  ...

The Unstable (villain idea)

Here's one for you DM's that want a villain who does outlandish things for no particular reasons. The Unstable was a being who got imbued with so much wild magic power that there mind & body got affect to such a degree that they no longer have any resemblance to what they once were. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Characteristics Virtues: High Amount of magical ability, above average physical strength Flaws: Flocculating mental state, flocculating physical state, deformed

Clinic Clearance (event)

Here's one for you DM's that want to add some world building for a place that is either elitist or very authitarian The players are just going about there player need when they hear a couple of people complaining. If they players chose to investigate they will find out that the ruler has implemented a new rule, where that anyone that wants to go to a clinic must now purchases a special 'clinic pass' which cost x amount of gold (recommended that the amount be on the higher end of costs).
