Race To The Finish (Side quest idea)

Here's one for you Dm's that want a simple side quest about just travelling faster to some place. The players are about to leave a town & head to a near by location, when they hear some guy bragging. The person talks about how they are the "fastest person alive" & says they will bet any amount of money to show that this is true. If the players take them up on the offer, the person will ask where they are running to, & once the players answer he will begin to run their. It will be immediately obvious that the person is cheating with boots that allow him to forever gain inertia, so the players must find a way to stop him from doing this or lose the race.

Fire Top (equipment idea)

Here's one for you Dm's who literally want some lit clothing. Appearance: A dark crop top, that is on fire, all the time. Description: This Crop top, made by a literally on fire fashionista, is always on fire. The crop top itself give fire immunity when equipped, but can be hazardous to put on in the first place, due to it being on fire. This crop top acts like the person doesn't have armor on, & if someone tries to physically hit the wearer they will take some fire damage. Attribute: -This equipment doesn't count as armor, but still takes up the wears armor spot (clarified due to other abilities, out side of this equipment idea, only being active when a person isn't wearing armor) -Grants fire immunity -Wearer must make dex save when putting this equipment on & on fail will take 1d4 - dex damage -If someone physically attacks the wear, the attacker will have to make a dex save & on fail takes 1d4 + wear's dex, damage. -Ac is 10 + dex

Dragon Tail Whip (Weapon idea)

Here's one for you Dm's that want a spiky fire whip. Appearance: A whip with spikes on the side, has a fire at the tip of hit, has the coloring of a red dragon's tail. Description; This weapon, made by a professional weapon smith, allows to whip people from a distance with more damage then most other whips. This whip also has a chance to burn a person & even cause them to be set on fire, if the right circumstances are meet. Has a tendency to get stuck in stuff, due to the extra spikes on it. Attribute: - deals 2d4 + dex damage when it lands a hit -Roll a 1d8 when you hit an object, if you roll above a 4, deal an extra 1d4 +dex damage. If you roll a 8, the creature will take 1d4+dex damage for 3 more turns -Can hit from 10 feet away. -Has a higher chance of getting stuck in objects (dm can interpret this how they want)
