Spring Loaded (trap idea)

Here's one for you Dm's that want a trap that shots the players off into the distance. The players are in an out doored/open roof dungeon area when they walk on the wrong tile. When the players stands on this tile they will hear a click. If they try to leave the tile without putting a weight that is greater than themselves they will be launched into the sky (taking fall damage).

Jumble Trouble (campaign idea)

Here's one for you DM's who want a simple idea for your campaign The people & places of the world have been jumbled about due to some mind flyer tecno-magic & now everything is where it shouldn't be. The players now have to find a way to figure out how to unjumble the world & or find a way to make the world contempt on how it is now.

Oh Coconuts (event idea)

Here’s one for you DM’s that the players to deal with some good old fashioned coconut slapstick The players are on a deserted/tropical island & have to walk past a forest of tropical trees. When they walk past at multiple points some coconuts will fall out of some of the trees & hit them. If the players try to find out why this was happening they will see that a monkey is purposefully causing this. If the players a genre savvy & decided to walk around the trees, the monkey will throw the coconuts angrily at them.

Potion of Magical Imbruement (potion idea)

Here's one for you dm's that want to give your now magical players some magical attacks for awhile Appearance: The tear dropped shape bottle has what seems like glitter bubbles in it Description: This potion was made by one very envious fighter, imbrues the drinker with the ability to cast three first level spells Effect After drinking the potion the user is able to cast three first level spells (effect will wear off after three hours.)

The Field of Conversation (side quest/event idea)

Here's one for you DM's that want your players to just chill & talk with soldiers A great battle is underway & the players are brought to help. IF the players accept they will have to make there way to the battle. When they get there they find that the generals have lost control of there troops & the troops have begun having causal conversation with the enemy. The Generals will ask the player to help motivate the battle to begin again in exchange of a magical weapon.

Deus Vult (Character idea)

Here's one for you Players that want to play the zealot warrior (cleric/fighter/paladin recommended) The player is a devout holy warrior who will fight for there god/goddess no matter what. They will not hesitate to kill those who are 'enemies of the faith' & are rather know for pillaging, looting, & conquering heretical land in the name of there god/goddess

Otters? Otters! (Event Idea)

Here's one for you Dm's that want some animals in the wrong environment. The players are in a very dry environment when they encounter some otters. If the players go to investigate why there are otters here, present them with more & more environment things that would visually represent that otters are absolutely not suppose to be here.

The Machinist (Villain idea)

Here’s one for you Dm’s that want a more construct/robot based villain. The machinist makes constructs & robots to do their bidding for them. From simple constructs to behemoths of mathematical & scientific extents, they have an army of the loyal & immoral at there beck & call. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Types of Machinists The Mad Scientist: Come on, we’ve all seen this. Hunter Of Monster (character idea)

Here’s one for you Players that want to play someone who is versatile on killing the monsters of the world. The Hunted of Monster does what there name says, hunt monsters. Whether they do it for sport, profit, or a vendetta against the monsters of the world doesn't matter cause they are good at what they do (or at least try to be)

A Ghost's Past (side quest idea)

Here's one for you Dm's that some ghostly action. The players are walking around town at night when they come across a ghost. Assuming that there first instinct isn't to go all ghost busters on them, they can chose to interact with it. If they do they find out that the ghost has amnesia & wishes to know about it's living life. If the players help the ghost will give them half a trinket & promise to give them the other half when the quest is completed.

Redemption of the Person (Character idea)

Here's one for you players that wish to walk the road of redemption. (Any Class, [works good with warlock though]) The Player has done something which if a normal person ever found out they would scoff at them in disgust. They live each day in hopes that what they do will redeem them for what they have done & hope that they can become a better person to make sure they don't so something as heinous again.

The Mercenary (villain Ideas)

Here's one for you DM's that want a Villain who is coordinated & immoral The Mercenary leaves no room for error for there need to fill out there payers' job. Fungus Fugitives (side quest)

Here's one for you DM's that want a somewhat long running side quest. The Players are visiting areas of the town when all of a sudden some people start making a ruckus. If the players go to investigate they will find that some fungi have become sentient  & have now grown legs & began to run around. If the players try to find out what happens they will figure out that these fungi came from a trade ship & now the players are requested by local government agents to stop theses fungi before it becomes spore season.

The Helmet of immobility (equipment idea)

Here's one for you DM's that to give the players an item that they should only use on the enemies. Appearance: A Helmet that is just a square stone brick with a hole for the head to be put in. Description: This helmet, made by magical muggers, immobilizes the user. It is quite heavy to carry around on it's lone some weighing about 50 pounds. Attributes: While worn speed is set at zero Increases ac by 3

The Treasure Hunter (Noteworthy NPC)

Here's one for you DM's that want the party to encounter a treasure hunter multiple times in the story. The Treasure Hunter, gone to go to the dungeon & the ruins that the regular populace stays away from. They & there bag of equipment & tricks allow them to do what most others could only dream of. They are a force to be reckoned with even in there fields of expertise with. Gods rest the people who fell victim to the greedy & vain types of treasure hunters. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Treasure hunter Type. Gold Pit Trap (trap idea)

Here's one for you Dm's that want a trap to hurt those greedy players of yours. The players are in a dungeon & they walk into a room to find that there is a gain pit in the middle & that about 80% of it is filled with gold. If the players tries to go into this pit & grab one of those gold coins they will find that they are actually made of a some sort of acidic material that will do 2d6 damage to the player (God rest those unfortunate ones who Scrooge McDuck there way into the pit)

Fisher's shop (shop idea)

Here's one for you DM's that need a good old fishing shop. This shop is a small run-down fish & baits shop located right off the side of a pear. It's ran by a parent & there child who go out & find fish to sell, & sell fishing supplies. All the items in the shop are cheaper than what they would get at other larger shops.

Dryder Den (Encounter)

Here's one for you DM's that want a Dryder encounter The players are traveling around when they see this silk half circle building. If they deiced to investigate it they will find that it's made of spider silk & that there is an underground entrance that leads into it, not to far war. If they enter after walking it's tunnel they will get into the center of it & see a resting dryder, if they chose to attack & or if they awake it they will then have to fight the dryder.

World Revolution (campaign idea)

Here's one for you DM's that want a political focused campaign The players are in a world where the populace is slowing turn against the old establishment. The populace wish for a new form to govern there government. A government which is so radially different from the current form that the regular governments of the world wish to stop there revolution from happening. Pirates, Pirates, Pirates!!! (Encounter idea)

Here's on for you DM's that want a pirate fight. The players are on a boat doing boat stuff, when all of a sudden they see some weird boats coming towards them. If they go to investigate they can find out that theses are small pirate ships. If the players decided to go up against this force they will either have to do a naval battle or a regular battle. If they chose a regular battle they will face 6 to 12 pirates

Pasta to Go (side quest)

Here's one for you DM's that want your players to deliver pasta (which is a strangely large amount of people) The players have just finished a meal in a pasta restaurant & OH NO, the deliver people are all chough up in traffic, the owner needs some delivery people "NOW". If the players offer there services they will all have to deliver 5 pastas' via foot & will get payed x silver per box.

The Stalker (villain idea)

Here's one for you DM's that want a villain who follows the party around in the shadows. The stalker, they lurk in the shadows. They don't hunt there prey, they just watch & listen. A small band (event) [10 follower special]

Here's one for you DM's that want some good old fashion band The players are out & about when they come across a small band of a well, band. If the players go to investigate they will find out that the band is celebrating something. If the players try to inquire more they will just keep getting the answer of that they are celebrating 'something'.

Arrows of Anti-magic (item/weapon)

Here's an item for you DM's that want your players' to combat magic based beings better. Appearance: This arrow looks like an actual arrow till it is fired in which it makes a slightly holy white trail. Description: This arrow, made by an assassin, was made with the pure purpose of piercing magical armor. It also has the ability to stop magic users from using spells that are touched based. Attributes: When hitting enemies that use magical armor, ignore the ac increase from said magical armor When it hits an enemy that uses magic, it makes it so that they are unable to use touched based spells for three turns. (if they are hit with another anti-magic arrow, reset the turn amount to three)

The Officer (campaign aspect)

Here's one for you Dm's that want you players' to be eternally punished for doing an evil. The players' have done an act that is very much illegally & evil & now the police are after them. The officer is hellbent on coming to bring in the players' party for questioning & or to formally question them. No matter where the party goes, no matter how far or how fast, it always seems that The Officer somehow finds them & will try to arrest them. How does he get there so fast? *shrugs* Maybe he's helped by the gods themselves, or maybe he's just that good. All the players will know is that they will be regretting doing that evil illegal act ever again (bonus points if the illegal act is just some small thing that would only require a fine)

River Ruins (location/dungeon idea)

Here's a location/dungeon idea for you dm's that want a slightly water based dungeon Appearance: It's a ruined building that descends downwards just under the ground, under ground rivers run though this place.  Backstory: These ruins use to belong to an ancient king, who controlled the rivers. The people & river creatures revolted, destroying his kingdom & this building. The only thing that remains of this place were the resurrected dead of those who guarded it, the beings that take refuge here, & it's treasure room which is at the bottom of it. Possible traps/obstacles: fast flowing rivers, falling architecture, ancient traps (ie floors that fall out & lead to spikes) Possible enemies: Undead guards/undead soldiers, river mermaids (carnivorous is option), river monsters, spiders, sentient vines/mushrooms, spirits, bats, rust monsters, water elementals   ------------------------------------------------------- Possible bosses  ...

The Unstable (villain idea)

Here's one for you DM's that want a villain who does outlandish things for no particular reasons. The Unstable was a being who got imbued with so much wild magic power that there mind & body got affect to such a degree that they no longer have any resemblance to what they once were. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Characteristics Virtues: High Amount of magical ability, above average physical strength Flaws: Flocculating mental state, flocculating physical state, deformed

Clinic Clearance (event)

Here's one for you DM's that want to add some world building for a place that is either elitist or very authitarian The players are just going about there player need when they hear a couple of people complaining. If they players chose to investigate they will find out that the ruler has implemented a new rule, where that anyone that wants to go to a clinic must now purchases a special 'clinic pass' which cost x amount of gold (recommended that the amount be on the higher end of costs).  

Cleric Brigade (Event idea)

Here's some cleric action for you DM's that want that good old holy. The players are out & about when they come across a particular group of cleric. If the players interact with them, they will learn that "we are the holy healer of the god/goddess (insert one of the d&d gods, & or goddess here) & we will help all who are true to (god/goddess name)". If the players have someone of the same god/goddess then the  cleric brigade will offer there services to them. If the players don't have someone who follows that god/goddess, they will have to trick/convince them to give the party service.

Magic Master (Character idea)

Here's one for you player's that want to play a teacher of magic (Any class that has magic specialization [cleric, sorcerer, wizard, warlock, & other classes sub class that go into magic]) The player is an experienced magic teacher (what type of magic up to the player) who has now gone adventuring to help his apprentice become more adept at magic. (Up to both player & DM if they can allow the apprentice as a tag along character)

The General (Villain idea)

Here's one for you big bad that need a militarist villain. The general is calculating & cruel person who pursues there goals with brutal force. They use there own power to enable them to ensemble an 'army' of followers (actual sizes deiced by dm). The reason why they pursues there goals are there's & there own to know (DM comes up with reason). ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Characteristics Virtues: Smart, charismatic (optional), powerful, driven Flaws: Cruel, narrow minded, merciless

NPC Bundle 10: Agriculturalists (NPC idea)

Here's some farmers for those DM's that want some hot on hot agricultural action. 1: An Old Man who raises bunnies to sell on his small cottage house. 2: A wheat farmer who has this 'interesting' idea about how to keep soil nutrient rich. 3: An Egg farmer who has delegated all his chickens to his children 4: An insane person who somehow makes the 'worlds best' sugarcane crop. 5: A cow herder who's cows just seem a little... off...

NPC Bundle 9: Merchants (NPC idea)

Here's some merchants for you DM's that need merchants 1: A Fur sales person who is very adamant that you will absolutely like his wears. 2: A Jeweler who's of questionable personality, who's jewelry is of questionable quality. 3: A warf owner who has an absolute distain of fish. 4: A shipper who just needs an hour of sleep, ten minutes top... zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz 5: A antique expert who only deals with the finer folks of society.

The Exiled (character idea)

Here's one for you Player's that want to play someone with a political past. (Any class) The player's is an exiled former heir of a kingdom, the reason for the exile is up to the player (Recommended that its due to internal affairs getting to heated). This character creates interesting opportunities with characters your charter may know.

Spider Silk Weavery (shop idea)

Here's one for you DM's that want a shop that make stuff out of high quality unconventional silk. A skilled weaver has open a show that sells items made of high quality spider silk. The shop has three parts to it. It has the actual shop part, where people come in & buy the item's on display or place a special order for an item the customer wants made. There's the production part of the shop, where the weaving actually happens. Then there's the spider pens, where spiders of all shapes & sizes have there silk harvested to be used as goods for the populace (Dm can decided if these spiders are hostile & decided)

Scarf of the wind (equipment idea)

Here's one for you DM's that want a cool scarf as a piece of equipment your players can have. Appearance: A long red scarf that somehow always flows in the wind, even in places where there wouldn't be wind. Description: This scarf, made by one very magical fashionista, has been imbued by the power of the wind. It allows the user to dodge attacks allot easier than before & to move at accelerated speeds. Attributes: Increases the users' speed by 10 feet. If the user, uses a dex modified armor, the dex amount is times by two If the user, uses an armor not affected by dex, then the scarfs allows the user to add there dex mod to it.

Devilish Dimonds (Side quest)

Here's one for you DM's that want a good old fashion treasure hunt The Players are doing player things around the beach when they find a dying tiefling pirate. The pirate pleads with the players to find his treasures before 'they' find it, the pirate hands the players an encrypted map, then promptly passes out (& or dies). If the players chose to unencrypt & go find the treasure they will have to go on a bit globe trotting in a curtain area of the world (recommended that it's on a place in your world where there isn't that many npcs)

Great Beads Of Fire (Item)

Here's an item for you GM's that want what is basically a fire ball as an item. Appearance: A red colored bed that's usually in a bead chain of three to five. Description: This magical bead chain, made by monks, has had all it's beads enchanted with a fire ball spell. If thrown a distance of over 10 feet, it will activate & burst open into a fire ball spell. (Please note that throwing the whole bead chain more than 10 feet will activate all the fire balls) Attributes: When thrown more than 10 feet the ball will break & cast a fire ball spell (3rd lvl)

Blimp Journey (travel)

Here's one for you Dm's that want air travel to be a thing. The players need to go around a huge geological challenge (ie mountains, oceans, ect) & don't want to go though it. After searching for someway around it they find that someone has made a 'fully' functional blimp. If the players wish to use this blimp for travel, it will cost them x gold (DM decides, recommended it's a high amount)

Revolting Regent (side quest)

Here's one for you DM's that want some nobility drama. The players have just headed into a new country, when they find that most of the population is revolting. If they ask around to find why, they find out that the regent for the soon to be king, is going to be fired & exiled after the soon to be king comes of age & actual becomes king. The population of the region decided that they would have the regent as there new king & as such are now revolting. The revolting population asks the players to send there demands of the soon to be king to resign.  If the players do this they will have to convince the soon to be king to resign & if they fail there is a possibility that the country will fall into a civil war

Notable Notes Noteboard (event/side quest) [100 notes special]

Here's one for you DM's that want a neat side things your players can notice. The player are out in whatever common place they have deemed there hub when they notice a note board. The note board has a hidden secret within it. If the player notice & then try to solve this secret they will find that it's a location on the world map. If the players go there to try & find the area on the map, they will find that there's a small box just barley buried in the ground. If they go to pick it up & open it, they will find that it has a couple of high value gems in it

NPC Bundle 8: Animals (npc ideas)

Here's some animals for you dm's that need them. 1: Borbus the bear. He is a chunky good boy who just lofts around. 2: A Crow who despite not being able to speak common is very sarcastic 3: A orca who may or may not be hellbent to eat one of the players. 4: A Direr wolf who is in need of some direr help. 5: A rust monster who really likes those things people wear on there feet.

Eagle's ego (event)

Here's one for you DM's that want to have bird fun The Players are walking around town when they find that a bunch of people are avoid a particular street. If they players go to investigate they will get attacked by a flock of Eagles. If the players try to fight the eagles, they will find that they are quite ferrous. If the player tries to find alternative means to get around the birds (ie food bribery, moving there nests) they will be able to get past said street now.

Bed, Beholders, & Beyond (shop idea)

Here's one for you DM's that want a fun shop idea A beholder has opened a shop selling relaxation items, (why a beholder would open a shop is up to the players). The beholder is selling the stuff at a rate that is too good to be true (DM decides if it's to good to be true.) If the player's go to the store they will have to make a charisma saving throw, to not compulsively buy something due to external forces.

Conversion (event/side quest)

Here's one for you math loving DM's out there. The players are doing player stuff when they find a help wanted ad. The Ad states that anyone who is willing to convert the local banks money from an older currency to a new one, will be given 0.05% of all the money in there. If the players help they get to do some good old fashion math.

Chariot Trouble (background event)

Here's one for you Dm's that just want some sort of world event going on around the players The players are doing what ever the heck there doing when in the background some idiot crashes there chariot into a building. If the players decided to help they will be reward for there effort with fame & thanks. If they don't help then the chariot driver get maimed.

Dinner Winners (Side quest idea)

Here's one for you DM's that want some food fun The players are eating in a restaurant when they are informed that the restaurant is hosting a (what ever there famous food is) eating contests. The players are informed that it cost x gold (deiced by dm) to join in & that they will win x gold (once again decided by dm). IF the players join they will have to first make a dex check (to see how fast they can eat) & then a con check(to see if they can keep it down). (this is not considering if the players try to cheat.) If they win they will receive there reward money

Junta's Little Problem (Side quest)

Here's one for you DM's that want a little civil unrest action. The players are doing stuff on the ocean, when they get informed that a small island nation's leader is hiring any adventure willing to help put down potential rebels in there country (reason for the rebels is up to the dm). If the players go to said island, they will be informed that the rebels are also looking to hire. The player will soon have to decided if they support the rebels, the junta & or if they are going to stay out of it. (It is recommended that the junta will pay them more for the help, but they are in the morally wrong)

Small Celebration (event/side quest) [100th idea post special]

Here's one for you DM's that want the players to help manage an event. The players are lazing about when they notices two people failing to set up a party (how they fail is up to DM). If the players go over there & offer there help with the party they will be given a small last of tasks to complete (DM decides what tasks) After they complete the tasks they will be invited to join the celebration (what there celebrating is up to the DM)

Debt Collectors (side quest)

Here's one for you DM's that want the players to feel bad (unless there evil in which case they would feel good) The plays find an ad/flyer stating that a local bank is in need for some extra debt collectors for a short time. If the players decided to take up the offer by the ad they will have to go to the local bank to figure out who they are to collect debts from. After that they will have to collect debts from five people. (Dm can chose the attitudes of these 5 people, recommended one is a rich bastard & another be a very poor person).

NPC Bundle 7: Sailors & shipsmen (NPC idea)

Here's some NPC's for you Dm's that need sailors/shipmen 1: The crew's ropemaker who has anxiety problems 2: A carpenter's mate who has been selling the wood pieces at port in secret. 3: The crew's Boatswain who is lazy to a fault 4: The captain's advisor who really wants nothing but some good old fashion kobold eggs omelet. 5: The crew's surgeon who only qualification is in treating animals.

El Governors(side quest/ campaign aspect/ campaign idea)

Here’s a very moldable one for you DM’s that might need something that the players will keep coming back to (& or be the main focus of the players) The idea is that the players have been chosen by whatever ruling elite there is to become the governors of a newly acquired piece of territory. The players will have to manage the newly acquired territory as trouble, & termail seem to follow it’s every lead. If this is done as a side quest, have the trouble be something quickly manage able (IE, getting rid of a crime lord, & or improving the local living situation ECT.) If this is done as a Campaign aspect, have the players deal with a medium sized problem (food shortages, Trade embargo, none to happy magical wildlife ECT.)& or many smaller problems. If this is done as the main campaign idea, have the players face on big issue (segregation, civil uprising, possible invasion of undead/native/demon forces, a god literally wanting to wipe the territory from them ma...

Tiefling Bake Sale (event)

Here’s one for you food enthusiast DM’s out there. The party Is out & about in whatever town they find themselves in when they run into an quite peculiar bake sale. If they go up to the bake sale (& or investigate it from a distance) they will find that all the staff are tiefling & that all the food come from tiefling/infernal culture (Dm decides what type of food that is, recommended as spicy/hot). The food at the bake sale will be X amount of gold (dm decides, recommended that it be lower than usual).

The Audit (event/side quest)

Here’s one for you DM’s that want a good old fashion audit of players’ activities The players wake up from whatever campsite/hub they were sleeping at that night, to find a unflinching government agent just standing there, quietly. After everyone wakes up (& or when one of the players confront them) they will tell them about why they are here. “Hello I’m (insert name here) & I’ve been sent by the government to monitor slash dig up your activities. But don’t worry as long as you haven’t done anything illegal we should all be just fine”. If the players have done nothing legally questionable then the audit comes up as good. But if they have done legally questionable stuff, roll 1d20 for each legally questionable activity & that if you succeed the investigator finds something (please note what a success for a roll is decided by the dm, but I recommend for how sloppily cleaned up/not cleaned up the legally questionable activity is, the easier the roll.) Library Shenanigans (side quest)

Here’s one for you Dm’s that want some library fun The players are at a local library when they see the Liberian chase around a couple of crows who stole a book from them. They will get winded & ask the players if they can stop these pesky crows. If the players are able to do this, then the librarian will give them all permission to take & keep one book for themselves. (please note that if they do a ‘high’ amount of damage to the library the librarian may not give this to them & or will be mad at them

The Goblet of Doom (event)

Here’s one for you DM’s that want a funny encounter The players are doing player stuff when they hear an old wizard yell. “Feast your eyes on my goblet of doom, any one who drinks from it will die. If anyone can try & prove me wrong i will give you X gold pieces (amount decide by dm)”. If the players decided it is a good idea to drink from this ‘goblet of doom’ then have them roll a constitution roll to see if it affects them.

The Rivals (Campaign Aspect Idea)

Here's one for you Dm's that want a constant recurring challenge though-out your campaign The Idea for this one is that thought the players adventure though your campaign there will be a rival team of adventures who they frequently run into, & most likely but heads with. The reason this other team of adventures would want to but heads with the players will be up to the dm.  There are many different ways you can build the rival team & I'll give a good list of ways I came up with The Opposite: The Rival team is basically the opposite of the player team in temperament. (IE if the player team is blood thirst, then the rival team will be diplomatic) This should also show though in what classes, that being said there really isn't an opposite for most classes, so I recommend that if the player team is particular non-magic, & or magic heavy then the rivals will be magic heavy & or non-magic heavy to balance them out. Ring of Deflection (Equipment/item)

Here's an item for you DM's that want something cool but is rarely used Appearance: This Steel collared ring has a shield pendent where the jewel should be. Description: This magical ring deflects any attacks that hit it. It was made to help people who had to deal with tiny wizards. Please note that it is highly recommended that the user should't cast magic while wearing this ring, due to it possible sending the spell right back at the user. Barn Night Survival (Encounter)

Here's one for you DM's that want a good old fashion hold out encounter. The players are traveling when it starts to become night. When they start to set up for the night they will find an abandoned barn. After they set up camp they will notice that some undead start to come up from the ground. After awhile more & more will start to come up & if the players don't try to do something about it, they will agro at the party. The party will then have to ether flee someone else, or weather out the storm of undead.

Hearld Hearld & Hearld (Side quest)

Here's one for you Dm's that want to have one of those situations where there's some fun name confusion. The players are asked to settle a legal dispute. An old rich farmer has died & in his will has left all his possessions to his soon Hearld. There's on one problem, he has three sons named Hearld. Chaos insures as the players to reangle out the legal dispute. If they are able to give them an agreement that they can all agree to, they will be payed for there efforts.

Doll (event/encounter)

Here's an encounter for you DM's that want a somewhat creepy encounter. The players are walking around town when they come across an empty antique shop. If they explore it every so often they will here light running & sometimes they might see something move out of the corner of there eyes. If they try to track this being down, they will only find a porcelain doll. If they decided to fallow this porcelain doll they will find it retreat into a room, & if they go in they will find the dyeing owner of the store. If they chose to fight it (I recommend giving the doll the stats of a constructed doll) & they win they will have to save the owners life. If they do this they will receive a few free items from the store.

Postage knight (side quest)

Here's for you postage loving Dm's out there. The party is out & about when they see a post person passed out on the ground. If they go up to investigate the post person will wake up & ask them for help on there route, which had gotten extended by three times the size. The postage person offers half his paycheck to the player for doing it.

Post Portal (Travel/event)

Here’s one for you Dm’s that want world building via the post office. The players are out late at night when they see a portal open 7 a post person walk-out. They then see the post person go there regular route. If the players ask the post person what that was, they will be informed that it’s the new way post-people get about to deliver mail. If the players decided to got to the post office after experiencing this, they can pay a large sum of gold to be able to portal themselves to a different part of the region.

NPC Bundle 6: Rulers, heirs & royal family. (NPC idea)

Here’s some Nobility for you 1: The heir’s heir’s heir who is very disappointed in their family’s longevity. 2: The adventure king who is 95% of the time adventuring & 5% crying about bureaucratic work 3: The Necromancy Queen who literally gets her powers from god. 4: The Cousin of the child ruler who is very support, despite the ruler being a child. 5:The elected monarch of a small island nation who is very hellbent on becoming a naval power. 6: The merchant prince of the world's second most powerful trade nation. 7: The shapeshifter who has accidentally become the ruler. 8: The Stepson of the ruler who really wants to be considered ‘in the running’ for ruler. 9: The ruler’s partner who is also there only advisor 10: The heir’s 2ct daughter who has basically became the shadow ruler of the kingdom.

Fundraiser Blazer (side quest)

Here’s one for you Dm’s that want a side quest for a start-up capitalist NPC The players are doing stuff around town when they come across a half-orc (can be any rase) yelling stuff about weapons & buying. If the players investigate they find out that this half-orc is trying to start a weapon modification serve, but they don’t have the money to do it, so they are trying to fund raise the money. The half-orc will ask the players if they could help them raise money in exchange for a permit on\ the weapon modification service (the more money the players raise, the more they will get for a discount). If the players do this & are able to raise X amount (decided by dm), the weapon modification shop will be available in a few days & the players will get a permeant discount.

Political Hussle (side quest)

Here’s one for you Dm’s that want the players to deal with the ‘ever so efficient’ gear of political bureaucracy. The players receive a form in the mail stating “That the government of (inherent government name) has issued a new grant for adventuring. You have been selected due to (If they are famous adventure/we'll know by the government list that as the reason, if not, then they got picked via random poll) & are now qualified to test the new grant.”. If the players accept this then they will have to go to there local courthouse to get a form. Now here comes the ‘fun’ part. The players now have to navigate their way through government bureaucracy in the ability to get this grant. (DM can choose how deep this gets). After they get through it they will reviced X amount of gold (If you want to ‘take the piss’ out of them have the amount be a pitifully small amount).

NPC Bundle 5: Soldiers & a General (NPC ideas)

Here’s some NPC soldiers & a general for you DM’s that need them. 1: A foot soldier who’s only wish is to go back home to their partner 2: A General who is extremely shy of new people. 3: A Siege technician who loves to make new brutal siege weapons. 4: A cavalryman who honestly has no clue how to ride a horse. 5: An  archer who isn’t afraid to get face to face with the enemies
