Soul Jar Cillection (Side quest idea)

Here's one for you Dm's that want a collectathon side quest. The players are faffhing about in library, when they see an elderly person walk up to the counter with a metric crapton of books. If the player go to help/ ask what they are about, the old person will talk about how these books are about finding these little things called soul jars. Apparently a long time ago, a necromancer had a habit of taking the souls out of people & putting them in jars, as a form of torture. The necromancer has since died, but the old person was alive in the area when this was happening & seeks to free the souls in the soul jars. To Free them, all a person has to do is open a jar, they can't break the jar, they just have to open it. The old person will give the players (x amount) of gold for each soul jar brought back to them. The old person also has a 'special prize' if all are brought back!

Beast Lord's Crown (Equipment idea)

Here's one for you DM's that want your players to pacify beasts easier. Appearance: A small golden crown that is studded with acorns & seeds instead of gems. Description: This crown, made by an experienced druid,  allows for a person to handle animals/beasts easier. It's improvement is that it adds +2 animal handling & all animals who attack the wearer get's disadvantage. Attribute: adds +2 to animal handling. -Beasts/animals who attack the wearer get's disadvantage on there attack roll.

Crimson Horn Pike (Weapon Idea)

Here's one for you Dm's that want a poison causing weapon. Appearance: A long pike shaft with a tiefling horn put onto the stabbing bit. Description: This Pike, made with a stolen tiefling horn, makes it so that when a person gets hit with the tip, that they have a chance of getting the poison condition. The horn that is used for the tip cannot be grinded down on a grinding wheel & has a surprising amount of durability. Please note that the former owner of the tiefling horn may or may not be still looking for it, so be warry of any tieflings who have less than the traditional 2 horns. Attributes: Deals 1d6 Damage to an enemy. -Can hit an enemy from 10 ft away -Has a chance to cause the poisoning condition (con save of 12)
