Otters? Otters! (Event Idea)

REVAMPED verison: Here's one for you DM's that want an odd event about out of place otters. The players are traversing across a desert, & as the continue to go across of it, they see some odd figure in the distance. As they continue to travel, the figures get closer & closer, but the players won't be able to tell what it is. Soon enough, it start to become night & the giruges seem to be to far away to make it to the party that night. Once they set up camp & sleep for the night they will hear footsteps coming towards the camp. The players are given awhile to prepare before who ever comes to the camp gets there & with their figures looming in the distance. Soon enough the beings will come to the camp & the party will see... that it's just a bunch of otters? Mystic Milow’s Clockworkery (Shop idea)

Here’s one for you DM’s that need a magical shop that doesn't actually seal magical item Shop: This shop is  a smaller brown building located in a larger town or city. It has two large red doors at the front that has the shops that has “Mytic Milow’s Clockworkery” Printed on the front of it. Inside the shop are many clocks which all stand at 9:18 exact, & a small gnome who is floating above the clerk chair in the front. In the back of the store is where the magic happens (ie where the owner uses magics [mostly time magic] to make the clocks some the most accurate & mainted clocks in the world.) Staff:  The staff of this store include only three people. First their is the day clerk, who receives the customers (with a bit of snark with it). Next we have the custodian, who comes in every other day to sweep up any messes & dust that have accumulated (Thought they are on call if something major happens in the store). Slow Burn Bult (weapon idea)

Here's one for you DM's that want a weapon that deals a slow but increasing amount of damage over time. Appearance: A dark wood arrow with a small fire blue aura that grows in radius after it hit's it's target. Description: This arrow, made of magically enhanced wood, causes the person who is hit by it to get harmed over time. The damage of the arrow will increase every turn, till it disintegrates after five turns. Due to this, even if the arrows miss, they can't be reused Attribute: Deals 1d4 damdage & an additional 1d4 burn damadge per turn it's in a person. -The arrow disappears after 5 turns if finished (counting the turn that it hit's the enemy as turn 1) -Can't be collect/reused after shot
