Poison Pin (Trap idea)

Here's one for you Dm's that want a trap that just keeps hurting. The players are walking into a room a one of them opens something. As they open it a clicking sound comes from cross the room. At this point the person who opened the thing that caused this sound will have to make a dex save & on fail will get hit by a tiny needle that will do 1 damage to the person that was hit. How ever, for each seven seconds after (1 turn) that person will take an addition 1 damage due to poison which was on the tip of needle. This will continue till they lose 25% of their Hp & or cure themselves of the poison.

Telepath's Burdon (Cursed item idea)

Here's one for you DM's that want a support item that harms the wearer. Appearance: A helmet that has a gem embed on the top that has the reflection of a dark eye in it. When put on the eye on the top will glow & the helmet will shrink to be a 'little to tight' on the wear's head. Description: This helmet, made by the will of a powerful telepath, allows a person to use the power of their mind to help all those that they chose within their line sight. However for every person they use this on, they will lose a part of their total potential. Attribute:  -The wearer can chose whoever they want in their line sight to have the following effects. - +1 to all rolls -+3 to all save rolls - +5 potential hp Curse:  -The user cannot remove this helmet once put on (unless they perform a generic uncursing ritual) -When using the line of sight ability will lose 5hp per person they use their effect one & get -1 per roll per person they...

Iron-Skin Grains (food idea)

Here's one for you DM's that want some AC increasing grains. Appearance: A regular looking version of the grain but it has a an iron looking outsides. Description: This grain, made though evolution, allows all who eat it raw/use it in a recipe to gain iron like skin for around 21 seconds. That being said, if the grain is eaten without being cooked, it will have a chance of cause internal harm if they fail a 14 con save. Attribute: -When Eaten, it increases the eater's ac by 3 -Lasts 3 turns -IF eaten raw, eater has to pass a 14 con save & on fail will cause 1d6 damage.
