The Reality-warper (villain idea)

Here’s one for you DM’s that want a villain that can mess with the truths of the world. Who sets the rules of the world. Not the laws, but what is true for every being that isn’t outside the range of those rules. These villains have the ability to warp reality to there whim & tend to do so to advance their villainous ambition.  ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Gravity Warper: Who needs the rules when you can shift gravity to your whim.  The gravity warper can shift gravity to their whim & as such, have made quite the odd situation. The Rewinder (weapon idea)

Here’s one for you DM’s that want your player’s to mess with time. Appearance: A Scythe that seems to be made of clockwork parts with a light yellowish red hue. Description: This scythe, made by a time manipulator, makes it so that anyone who is hit by it, will be sent back to the state they were 14 seconds ago (2 turns). This also affects a person’s condition & health. Please note that this sytch can’t bring people back from the dead with its ability. Ability: any person who is hit with this scythe will be reverted to their location & state that they were in 14 seconds ago. -Doesn't work on dead people.

Vision Shift (spell idea)

Here’s one for you DM”s that want a spell that messes with a person’s vision. Lvl: 1 Casting time:action Range: 50ft Components: something that manipulates light Duration: 3 turn Spell Description: This spell causes the  person who is affect by this spell, to have there vision start to mess up (ie change depth perception, shacking view, & sometimes the view changes from themselves to someone else) which causes all attacks from the person to take disadvantage. This spell doesn't work on people who are blind. Backstory: This spell was made by accident, when tiring to make a spell that allows a person to change there view with someone else. This failure proved to be a good spell to help trick enemies, so it hasn't been changed to what it's intended to be. ...
