Fort Fortified (side quest idea)

Here’s one for you Dm’s that want a side quest based around building a fort. The players are searching around a town & they come across a group of 5 or so people trying to build something. Once the players walk by, a bang sound comes from it, closely followed by a swear. If the players go to see what’s wrong, they will find that most of their building materials are broken. The people who were making it, will introduce themselves as carpenters that were hired by the town guard to create an outpost. They ask the part if they can go out & get some wood, stone, & a door for them. If the players agree, they will have 3 days to bring the wood, & 1 more day to bring both the stone & the door. If they succeed, they will gain compensation & then some, if they fail the players will come back to the town guards arrest some of the workers for “fraud against the government”.

Illusion interrupter (item idea)

Here’s one for you Dm’s that want an item that prevents illusion. Appearance: A short mace looking like metal rod. A yellowish blue light blinks from the tip of the top Description: This rod, made by an anti-magic fighter, makes all illusions within a 30ft rang of it disappear. The reason why this is, is quite unknown,  but most attribute it to the light coming from the top of the rod. This is due to snuffing/blocking the light on the tip of the rod, making it not work till unblocked. Attribute: Blocks all illusions within 30ft of the rod. -If the light on top of the rod is blocked, the attribute does not go into action

Elemental Attribution (spell idea)

Here’s one for you DM’s that want a spell to make your players deal Lvl: 3 Casting time: Action Range: Self Components: An item that relates to the element effecting the weapon Duration: Length of battle (If outside of battle, then concentration of spell caster) Spell description: Flaming swords, acidit arrows, thunder lances… have you ever wished you instrument of war did this. With elemental attribution you can make that true for One battle. When used on a weapon, the caster choises one type of elemental attribute & adds it to the weapon. When the weapon deals an attack now it will add a 1d6 of the pre-chosen elemental attribute.
