The Fey Mansion (campaign idea)

Here's one for you DM's that want a shorter campaign based around bending the rules.

The Fey Mansion, a building that stands between our magical world & theirs. This building is ran by the self proclaimed "fey queen" & she does as she see fit. Every year she invites guest into her home to play a game. A total of 30 guests, & only 30 guest. If too many come, they won't be allowed to enter. If not enough come, she will make them come.

The game is simple, which ever guest is still alive in the mansion last, will gain one favor from the fey queen. However there are some rules the guests must follow while they are on the grounds of the mansion.

1: Guests cannot kill each other
2: Guest cannot  harm staff
3: Guests cannot steal items from each other
4: Guest cannot destroy the mansion
5: The staff will report anything they hear, even if they don't want to.
6: All Losers' are killed
7: All Cheaters are losers
8: Anyone who leaves the mansion grounds is a loser
9: All enforcements of the rules of the mansion/game is up to the fey queen.
10: The last five guests left in the game, have to stay within the presence of the fey queen.

The rules of the game seems pretty defined but are specifically made to be bent in order to win the game. Firstly most rulers seem to define what they say, but are not specified in what they get a crossed. For example, the 4th rule seems pretty clear cut, but what actually defines "destroy the mansion"? Does it mean you can break a vase & be braking the rule, or can you get away with blowing up half the building & technically not be breaking the rules, since parts of the mainsion still remain. This is why rule 9 is all important, it basically allows the DM to define how the rules can & cannot be bent!
