Inforced survivalism (spell idea)

Here's one for you DM"s that want a spell that will cause enemies to either leave or get stronger.

Lvl: 2

Casting Time: Instant

Range: 45ft

Components: Sight

Duration: Till the one affect by it can pass a wisdom save.
Spell Description: The caster give's a steally glare at an enemy & that enemy will have to make a wis save. On a fail of that wis save, the character much either continue fighting (confused but stronger) or flee. If they choice to flee, have them gain the terrified condition towards the entire enemy team (at least until they pass the wisdom save). If they choice to fight, they will be unable to tell friend from foe & attack the closest enemies within melee range. There attacks will not act as if they were crit hits (till they can pass the wisdom save)
