The Stowaway (Noteworthy Npc)

Here's one for you DM's that want a stowaway to make a regular appearance in their campaign.

The Stowaway is what their name suggest, a stowaway. They will appear in any vehicle as long as they are able to hide in it, (no matter how big the hiding space may be). Naturally scrappy & quick witted, they have the necessary skills to get themselves out of trouble when it arises... usually. Theirs a lot of reasons one might be a runaway but they do general exibit the same type of traits.

Stowaway Types.

The Runaway: They are running away from something, what it is we don't realy know, but they are hell-bent on  not getting found by it. The best way they do this is by being a stowaway, since undocumented travel helps a lot in the effort of confusing your pursuer.

The Frugal: Why pay for passage when you can just do it for free? The fragile is a stowaway because they don't see the point of paying for travel. This type tends to be on the more chaotic side of the alignment chart.

The Proofless: What do you do when you need to travel but you don't have the gold nor the paperwork to do it, simple you do it anyway & hope you don't get caught. This type of stowaway would have used legal means to travel but simply don't have a way to be able to do it legally, so now they are doing it illegally, till at least they can do it legally.

The Inspector: They aren't your typical stowaway, in-fact what they are doing is quite legal. It's just that they got to make sure the people running the travel services are doing what they must to stay within legal parameters & having them know about the inspector being their would hamper the investigation. Don't be surprised if you find some watchful eye under your chair judging you for your actions.
