True Owlbear Hours (encounter idea)

Here's one for you DM's that want some owlbears to be doing bear stuff around the players.

The players are walking though the woods, when they find a very deep slope. At the bottom of the slope is a tree line that prevents the party from seeing what is down their. If anyone decides to go down the slope, they will have to make a dex save to make sure that they don't slip & fall all the way down.

Once they reach the bottom they will see a nice little spring that has some shiny gemstones in the middle of it. What they also see is about 3 - 8 owlbears just chilling out & doing bear things (ie rubbing backs against trees, eating fish, ect). At this point the player that is down their must find a way to get though without angering the bears.

Dryads' Domain (Location Idea)

Here's one for you DM's that want location that is lightly fey. Appearance: A regular looking forest, that at night has a weird glimmering lights which seems to lead somewhere less embeamed in reality Backstory: This forest is ruled by Dryads, who do all in there power to protect the forsest from hostile forces. The Dryads are know to help those who have done good in the eyes of the world or in the eyes of nature. That being said, those who haven't are in for one horrid beat down. Possible traps: Sentient vines, carnivorous plants, leg rope trap. Possible enemies: Anything under the plant monster category, Siren, Dryad, pixie, sprite Possible Bosses: Conclave Dryads, Any Eladrin (counts on the current session). Possible Loot: Rare plants, ancient  decayed weapons, ore deposits, rare fungi, exotic animals
