Ghost lost abroud (Side quest idea)

Here's one for you DM's that want's some ghost (cause we all could use more ghost in our lives) The players are in an oldish area of a town, when they stumble upon a ghost. The ghost will attempt to speak to them but unless one of the party member's understands giant, they will have no way of understanding the ghost. If they decided that they want to try & understand the ghost, they can try & find someone who does speak giant. None the less once they understand the ghost they will find that the ghost is lost & wants to get back to their home country, the only problem is that the country they list has been dead for a good five hundred years or so & now the players have to find someway to figure out where it is & how to get the ghost their.

NPC Bundle 21: Homeless (NPC idea)

Here's one for you DM's that want some homeless people for your poverty stricken areas (Thanks Capitalism!). 1: A Homeless couple who have made a quite sturdy & well furnished home under a bridge. 2: A Homeless Hungry child who has/is currently/will steal all the food that you have on your person. 3: A gang of homeless dogs who live in the shadows of alleyways & tend to steal & scoot away with anything that looks remotely like a toy or food. 4: A Homeless Person who lives in a beached boat, & survives by eating the fish that get stuck ashore during low tide. 5: A Homeless person who is trying to make this nifty thing called a 'homeless shelter' & the rulers of the area are not very fond of this.

The Sinkhole (Encounter Idea)

Oh Hey, another one from  https://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198061938150/ who at this point should probably be made a member of the blog. This time it's an encounter where the party stumbles upon a person in a problem.  While the party is moving between locations on a rode, they have a chance of finding a wagon as well as a dead mule and injured merchant in the sinkhole. The merchant has a broken leg and requires assistance. If help they party must somehow the the merchant's wagon out of the sinkhole and help him deliver it to the location you are currently heading(preferably a town). Upon arrival he will give the party 150gp to split between themselves and bid them farewell. The party can also have a chance of falling victim of this. While traveling the ground will start to shake. On a dex save the person(s) make it out of the collapsing ground on time. On fail The player falls into the sinkhole and brake or sprain their leg/ankle. Can be healed.
