The Three Seasons (Campaign Aspects)

Here's one for you DM's that want a unique calendar/seasons system

The world sees the changing of times as within only 3 seasons. The Three seasons go in this order. Season of rejuvenation, season of stagnation, season of Expiry. Each season lasts about ninety days & all have different weather & magical effects.

Season of rejuvenation: This is the time when in our world it would go from winter to early summer. This season is marked with increasing temperature, & the awakening of many magical animals. It's not uncommon for entire magical forests to come to life after a single warm day. Healing spells are more effective during this season

Season of stagnation: This is the time when in our world it would just be summer. It is marked by thunderstorms, tornados, & other radical weather events. Any magical creatures the require a good amount of time to form, will  usually form during this session. The season temperature stays within the same range of 60 to 80 degrees. Elemental spells are more effective during this season

Season of Expiry: This is the time when in our world it would go from late summer to winter. Any magical creatures which was formed & or came out of hibernation from the last to season will renter it's previous state at some point during this season. Of course, the magical creatures. that thrive on cold weather will start to appear during this season. This season is marked with lowering temperature & high winds. Magical forests usually  start to go into a 'dead' state during this season. During the middle of the season, snow can appear. Necromancy spells are more powerful during this season.
