Preacher Politics ( side quest idea)

Here’s one for you DM’s that want to make your preachers seem petty.

The players are at a church when the preacher comes up to them with a letter. They ask the players to deliver it to a nearby church. If they do so the preacher at that church will make a profane expulsion after reading it, & then quickly write down something & put it in an envelope. The preacher will then tell the party to ‘quickly deliver this back to the send.’ If they do that the original preacher will get angry & send another letter. They will continue to send letter back & forth to each other, till one of them gets so indescribably mad, that they go over to the other church & attempt to beat the crap out of the other preacher.

If the players read the letters, they will find that they say something like ‘god said x about you’ which is actually just them insulting each other thinly behind the veil of ‘god said so’

Dryads' Domain (Location Idea)

Here's one for you DM's that want location that is lightly fey. Appearance: A regular looking forest, that at night has a weird glimmering lights which seems to lead somewhere less embeamed in reality Backstory: This forest is ruled by Dryads, who do all in there power to protect the forsest from hostile forces. The Dryads are know to help those who have done good in the eyes of the world or in the eyes of nature. That being said, those who haven't are in for one horrid beat down. Possible traps: Sentient vines, carnivorous plants, leg rope trap. Possible enemies: Anything under the plant monster category, Siren, Dryad, pixie, sprite Possible Bosses: Conclave Dryads, Any Eladrin (counts on the current session). Possible Loot: Rare plants, ancient  decayed weapons, ore deposits, rare fungi, exotic animals
